I was feeling like I knew Alisha & Justin pretty well by the time it was their wedding day!
I had photographed an engagement shoot for them a year earlier and I had also more recently been to Auckland and photographed Alisha’s hen’s party!
So I had now met some of her friends and family and they all knew who I was too.
Alisha & Justin’s ceremony was held at Kauri Villa’s, centrally located between Whangarei township and Whangarei Heads – it has a stunning view of the harbour and the Autumn trees were looking spectacular being the end of April.
They decided to do a first look which gave them a chance to chat before the ceremony.
A smaller group joined them for the ceremony and then a larger group of friends met the couple at Paraua Bay Tavern for the reception and danced the night away.
